Some days it seems like everybody just feels like selling. The trading day today was overall a little down, but in the sectors I follow it seemed more like people were taking profit and exiting positions left and right.

I have a chronic case of AMD. It's my favorite semi to lose money on! Just about every time it looked like momentum was going on direction, my trade single-handedly would turn the tide the other way, pushing my options further out of the money to hit my stops.

Today was green but only because I was doing well enough with other trades.

Catching the downward momentum on Tesla (TSLA) is always fun. I don't have the confidence in the Tesla investors to trust that lousy earnings lead to downward pressure on the share price. TSLA defies all rationale which is why I exited puts while they were profitable as opposed to holding them overnight. When the market opens tomorrow those positions will no doubt be further in the green, but the risk was just way too high.
